I’m a therapist for parents. Should I be your therapist?

If you’re reading this, chances are you’ve been carrying more than you let on. Maybe you’ve found yourself awake all night, holding your baby and wondering if everyone else is handling this better than you. Maybe you’ve had thoughts you’re scared to say out loud. Maybe you feel like you’re supposed to be grateful — but all you feel is overwhelmed, anxious, lonely, or not like yourself.
I want you to know something: As a mom of 2, I get it.
I understand how heavy this season can feel, even when you love your child deeply. I specialize in walking with parents through the parts of pregnancy and postpartum that no one prepares you for — the intrusive thoughts, the grief, the identity shifts, the pressure to be everything for everyone, the complicated family dynamics, the trauma reminders, the relationship difficulties, and the quiet moments where doubt settles in.
Together, we’ll create a space where you can exhale… a space where nothing is “too much” and nothing is judged. My role isn’t to tell you how to parent. My role is to help you feel supported, grounded, and connected again — to yourself, to your values, and to the kind of parent you want to be.
If you’re wondering whether I might be the right therapist for you, that’s a good sign. It means you’re listening to the part of yourself that’s ready for care.
If something in these words feels familiar, trust that tug. Reach out and schedule a consultation today. Let’s see if we’re a good fit — and let’s help you feel less alone, more understood, and more supported in this incredibly tender season of life. You deserve that.
