As a person-centered, attachment oriented and emotion-focused therapist (and a fellow mom who knows how tender this stage can be), my approach is grounded in empathy, collaboration, and genuine connection. You can expect me to show up with curiosity, compassion, and zero judgment. I won’t rush your story. I won’t minimize your feelings. Instead, I’ll help you gently explore the emotions beneath the surface — the grief, the fear, the anger, the hope, the love — and make sense of them in a way that feels healing rather than overwhelming.
Our work together will move at your pace. You’ll have space to be honest, raw, confused, resilient, and everything in between. My role is to help you reconnect with your inner strength, understand your emotional world with more clarity, and support the version of you that is trying so hard to show up each day.

Individual Sessions are $125 and I offer a select number of sliding scale sessions.
